The finance team are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to invoice clients in a timely manner as dictated by the needs of the business.
You’ll identify invoicing dates and reconciling sales data; receipt incoming monies and produce invoices from any third-party portal.
You’ll assist in the timely collection of outstanding customer accounts; execute bank reconciliations and record bank specific journals (merchants, interest, bank transfers etc).
This is a great role for someone with experience working in a similar Account Receivable role.
You’ll have fast and accurate data entry skills and be able to work to tight deadline in a busy fast-paced environment.
You’ll also be a clear and concise communicator who can build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
With the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations; you’ll be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment.
A team player, with a can-do attitude, you have a good working knowledge of Office 365.
We’ll give you all the support, development and training you need regarding our systems as well as a thorough induction on how we work and the culture at Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, so you’ll be set up for success.
Where: You’ll be based at our offices at Clipper House, Trinity Buoy Wharf, London E14 0JY, a short walk from Canning Town tube or a hop across the river on our staff boat, from North Greenwich tube. We offer flexible start and end times, remote working 1 day a week and welcome flexible working conversations.
