Department: Information Technology
Reporting to: IT Business Systems Manager
Grade: 7
Salary: starting at £35,776 + 5% operational allowance
Base: Gravesend with occasional visits to other PLA offices and flexible working from home arrangements.

Are you experienced in project management? The Port of London Authority is seeking someone to deliver IT solutions by engaging with users and managing IT projects through generation of detailed project documentation, management of resources and providing relevant technical expertise in support of the business system team’s drive to support the PLA to deliver continuous business improvement.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have proven project management skills with at least 3 years’ experience of implementing and configuring solutions to meet business requirements. You will have good a technical skillset including the Microsoft toolset (SQL Server, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage the wide range of internal and external customers and a pro-active and motivated attitude will serve you well in this highly-skilled and diverse team.
