Pay £9.50ph
Turk Launches are looking to recruit hard-working individuals to work on our fleet of party and passenger vessels operating from Kingston-upon-Thames.
The role will involve performing a number of daily tasks to assist in the day to day running of our vessels. Tasks include but are not limited to
- Crewing (rope-work)
- Ensuring health and safety of passengers
- Selling tickets
- Bar work
- Cleaning the vessels on a daily basis
- Approx. 40-50 hours per week (weekend and evening work required)
Requirements
All candidates must be over the age of 18 and must be able to swim. Full training is provided for all of the above criteria however the ideal candidate will have previous experience in either a nautical/maritime area or a customer service role, be hard-working and enthusiastic. The applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, as regular evening and weekend shifts will be required.
The candidate should be available to start mid-March till the end of October. Additional part time off-season work is available.

Turk Launches is a family river business which has been operating for over 300 years. The company runs a fleet of 3 passenger vessels operating mainly between Richmond, Kingston and Hampton Court. The business offers a tripping service which operates 7 days a week during the peak season, as well as offering private charter business for weddings, birthday and corporate events.
