MBNA Thames Clippers is looking for a deck customer services assistant who will work on board its vessels assisting the Master and Mates, ensuring its customers’ safety at all times and answering their questions in a friendly and helpful manner. The assistant will also make sure any vessel maintenance and cleaning is carried out efficiently and effectively.
They are looking for people who enjoy working with the public, being outside on the river and working in a fun and busy team.
You will be approachable, friendly and helpful, not only to the passengers on board but also to your colleagues. We expect you to deliver the same amazing experience to our customers at the end of your shift as you do at the start.
