Job Description
This is a crucial role within the Engineering department that will include shift working. The Engineering Production Controller will support the 24/7 engineering operation from the Head Office in London with occasional travel to other facilities in our network.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Compliance of the UBTC fleet of vessels through effective planning.
- Vessel availability ensuring the maximum capacity is available for our customers whilst maintaining compliance at all times and ensuring vessel appearance is of the highest standards.
- All work packages are completed iaw procedures in place and to the highest standards.
- Compile maintenance documentation iaw procedures.
- All reports are maintained to assist in improving on KPIs
Requirements
Essential
· Planning and organisational.
· Interpersonal, collaborative and influencing.
· Analysis and interpretation of data to enable production of optimised plans.
· Cope under pressure.
· Can work to deadlines and able to respond to operational changes.
· Attention to detail.
· Computer literate.
· Multi task with various departments whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
· Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
· Marine engineering experience/knowledge
· Familiarisation with the management of ISM compliance.
· Familiarisation with the IMO High Speed Craft Code.
