The Maritime apprenticeship programme spans two years and is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience, equipping apprentices with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in this field.

Our selection process will include the following:

• Suitable candidates (aged 18 and over) will be invited to complete an initial video interview via My Interview – This platform will guide candidates through recording their responses to our interview questions, which will help us gain a better understanding of their skills and experience and should not take them any longer than 20 minutes.
• Following this, selected candidates will come down to Cherry Garden Pier for an assessment day with our hiring team.
• Offer sent out to successful candidates to start on the 29th September
