We are looking for a People Coordinator to ensure a ‘Best in Class’ employee experience is delivered to our people at each stage of the employee lifecycle. Delivering a great employee experience at every opportunity influences our culture and ensures our employees feel included and valued.

You’ll provide complete end to end administrative support across the employee lifecycle from the onboarding of new starters to contract changes, benefits administration and more; ensuring impeccable data management across all activities.

You’ll form an integral part of the UBTC People & Culture Team, responsible for the management and maintenance of our HR Information System (HRIS) and other people related platforms and systems.

You’ll also support with the collation and analysis of HR and people data, producing meaningful reports to identify trends for the People & Culture team and wider business; and work towards the ongoing improvement and development of people processes and procedures across the breadth of the employee lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone who has relevant and significant experience of working in a HR and/or Recruitment administration role, with a good knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding new starters and Right to Work checks.

You’ll have friendly communication skills which ensure all new starters at UBTC feel welcome and have all the information they need to start their career with us.

You’ll be a HRIS superuser, with a solid knowledge of how they work and an understanding of why data integrity is important. You’ll also need strong data reporting and analytics skills.

With a passion and enthusiasm for HR administration; you be incredibly organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high-volume workload.

A team player, with a can-do attitude, you have a good working knowledge of Office 365.

We’ll give you all the support, development and training you need regarding our systems as well as a thorough induction on how we work and the culture at Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, so you’ll be set up for success.

Where: You’ll be based at our offices at Clipper House, Trinity Buoy Wharf, London E14 0JY, a short walk from Canning Town tube or a hop across the river on our staff boat, from North Greenwich tube.
