  • Have experience in a commercial role and exposure to fast pace environment

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and key suppliers across the business to collaborate and identify sourcing activity and opportunity to the Head of Transformation that drive performance and results
  • Supplier and spend data analysis to provide insight to business stakeholders and the Head of Transformation for procurement challenges, strategies and plans
  • Business partner with budget holders and contract managers to determine requirements and recommend strategies and plans with the opportunities that enable business objectives, unlock commercial value and operational efficiency and address challenges
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing process, including identifying potential suppliers, tender process management, negotiating agreements and commercial terms and documenting and presenting internal recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Project Management to plan and measure procurement activities
  • Liaise closely with Legal, Safety and Finance stakeholders to ensure diligence, compliance, risk mitigation and budget control in third party supply selection and contract management
  • Support Heads of Department and contract managers with effective key supplier relationship management
  • Support the company’s sustainability agenda in terms of third-party goods and service supply
  • Ensure auditable contractual document control processes, including accurate and current contract database and supplier lifecycle management
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective teamwork within departments and offices of Uber Boat by Thames Clippers
  • Provide and promote the highest level of customer service
  • Continuously seek ways to improve personal, team and business performance
  • Ensure that you comply with all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practice as required by current legislation and the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and practices
  • Ensure that all relevant information is communicated speedily and accurately in a way that ensures that the information is received and easily understood
  • Ensure that all materials and resources are effectively and efficiently utilised to minimise waste and reduce costs
  • Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable request as requested from the senior leadership team
