This is a brilliant opportunity to join UBTC at a time of significant growth. This key new role will report to the Head of Transformation and have responsibility to ensure all projects across the company are being delivered according to policy and process.

As project Manager, you will help develop comprehensive planning processes and manage governance by running the project management office and provide monitorship and guidance to ensure all projects run successfully.

Liaising closely with the Business Development and Finance and Strategy teams, you’ll forecast project pipelines and influence to ensure the project register remains achievable and aligned with our long term plan.

Whilst project managing larger projects you will support our Project Executive with preparation for regular project updates, with root cause established for project variance and plans to mitigate.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of managing large projects (over £5m budget) from initiation to completion and exceptional communication abilities.

You’ll have the ability to work independently, multitask as well as prioritise and meet deadlines. You’ll be a flexible and available project manager who likes working in a fast paced, high achieving environment.

With strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll be comfortable and discrete with confidential information

We’ll give you all the support and training you need regarding our systems as well as a thorough induction on how we work and the culture at Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, so you’ll be set up for success.
