JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Product Analyst plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth through the effective coordination and performance analysis of product and distribution channels. This hybrid role combines commercial analysis with operational execution, helping to ensure that B2C, B2B2C, and third-party channels are managed efficiently and remain commercially viable. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, this role will work closely with the wider commercial, operations, and customer experience teams to optimise product visibility, pricing execution, and sales performance across multiple platforms.

Apply for this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the performance of distribution channels to support the commercial trade-off between B2C and B2B2C, ensuring all channels remain attractive and commercially effective.
  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies and ticketing initiatives in coordination with the Senior Revenue Manager.
  • Collect, track, and analyse channel performance data (e.g., sales, conversion, load factor) to produce regular performance reports and insights.
  • Contribute to the development of new ticket products and bundles by providing market and channel analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, rates, and sales terms for channel partners.
  • Identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement in current channel processes and propose actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to ensure alignment between pricing, promotion, and distribution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform channel and sales strategies.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years of experience in a commercial management, or a sales coordination role, preferably in transport, travel, leisure, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data tools; familiarity with CRM or sales platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Curious, commercially aware, and data-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative and confident working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a commercially focused team.
