Reporting to: Head of Estates
Grade: 8
Salary: £39,938 per annum
Contract type: Fixed-term for 12 months
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Base: Gravesend and London

The role:
To Provide administrative and project support to the Estates team to enable the smooth running of the PLA’s extensive property portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and calculating fees for temporary river works licences.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for property revenue and expenditure.
- Calculating and issuing indexed review notifications.
- Processing orders and invoices and maintaining the payment data base system.
We are looking for someone with:
- A good standard of education, with at least 5 passes at GCSE level including English language and mathematics.
- Excellent Administrative skills, especially Excel spreadsheets and Word.
- Well-developed inter-personal skills.
